Send Booking Request
Select your preferred package and submit a booking request with your event date, time, location and optional notes.

Photographer Reviews Request
The photographer receives your request and decides whether they are available — they may accept or decline.
Booking Response Time
Photographers are expected to respond within the configured response window.
If no response is received, the booking request automatically expires. You are notified and no payment is collected.
Booking Accepted
Once accepted, you receive confirmation and your booking moves to Awaiting Payment.
Payment Window
You must complete payment within the configured payment window after acceptance.
If payment is not completed, the booking automatically expires. The slot may be released and the photographer is notified.
Payment Completed
After payment, your booking becomes confirmed. Both parties receive confirmation.
Timeline tracking begins. Evidence tracking begins. The booking appears in your dashboard and the photographer's partner dashboard.

What if scenarios
What if the photographer declines?
You receive a notification and may choose another photographer or package. No payment is taken.
What if the photographer never responds?
The request expires automatically when the response window ends. You are notified and can submit a new request.
What if I never pay?
The booking expires automatically when the payment window ends. The slot may be released for other customers.
What if payment succeeds?
Your booking becomes officially confirmed. Timeline milestones, evidence checkpoints and dashboard tracking all begin.

How long do photographers have to respond?+
Photographers must respond within the platform's configured response window. If they do not, your request expires automatically and you are notified.
How long do I have to complete payment?+
After acceptance, you must pay within the configured payment window. If you miss it, the booking expires and the slot may be released.
Can I cancel my booking?+
Cancellation rules depend on booking status and platform policy. Your dashboard shows the current status and available actions for your booking.
Will I be charged before acceptance?+
No. Payment is requested only after the photographer accepts your booking. You are not charged while a request is pending or if it expires.
What happens after payment?+
Your booking is confirmed. Both parties receive confirmation, timeline tracking starts, evidence tracking begins, and the booking appears in both dashboards.
