Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account, booking a service, or offering services on GetPhoto, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform role

GetPhoto operates a marketplace connecting customers with independent creative service providers (partners). GetPhoto is not the service provider unless explicitly stated. Payments are collected by GetPhoto and held in escrow until release conditions in the booking lifecycle are met.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and maintain one account per person unless authorised by GetPhoto. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Bookings and payments

Bookings are subject to partner acceptance, scheduling policies, and payment requirements shown at checkout. Deposits and cancellation rules disclosed during booking apply. Chargebacks or abuse of payment flows may result in account suspension.

5. Partner obligations

Partners must deliver services professionally, comply with verification requirements, use in-platform communication for booking coordination, and not solicit off-platform payment for GetPhoto bookings.

6. Reviews and content

Users may submit honest reviews. Contact details, off-platform payment requests, and abusive content are prohibited in reviews, responses, and public profile fields.

7. Disputes

Disputes must be opened through GetPhoto dispute tools within the allowed window. GetPhoto may mediate or decide outcomes according to platform policies and booking evidence.

8. Suspension and termination

GetPhoto may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, fraud risk, or legal requirements. Outstanding financial obligations survive termination where applicable.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, GetPhoto is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from partner services. Nothing in these terms limits non-excludable consumer rights.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms with notice via the platform. Material changes apply prospectively. Questions: legal@getphoto.my (placeholder until operations mailbox is live).
